3.If the network is normal but the device still fails to connect to the network, check whether the router is overloaded. You can disable a device's Wi-Fi capability to reserve the channel for resource reallocation.

4.Make sure that Wi-Fi broadcast is turned on and not hidden. Make sure your device was added over a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band. (Check if the 2.4GHz band and the 5GHz band are using the same Wi-Fi account. In this case, we recommend configuring two accounts and during the network connection to the 2.4GHz band switch.)
